25th Annual Library Finals Chess Championship

Held at the Carnegie Science Center on 4/4/98, this tournament brought together the winners from 42 different branch libraries for a county-wide head to head competition!

The secondary tiebreaking system is only used if the Solkoff scores do not break the tie. The 3rd tiebreaking system is only used if the first 2 tiebreaking systems fail to break the tie.
